MAS Refresh 15

GSA is issuing the latest refresh (#15) to the MAS Solicitation via Mass Mod in January 2023. Below you will find an overview of all the changes implemented by this refresh:

·   Various changes to SCP-FSS-001 (Instructions Applicable to all Offers)

·   Small Business Size Standards updates 

·   Changes to the Offer and Modification Price Proposal Templates (PPTs)

·   Incorporate clause and provision updates, as necessary, through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2022-08 and GSAR Change 158.
