EPA Moratorium Extension

With the ongoing inflation continuing to impact all contract holders, GSA has extended their Temporary Moratorium on Economic Price Adjustments. Previously set to expire September 30, 2022, the deadline has been moved to March 31, 2023. For quick reference, this memorandum will implement the following changes:

GSA EPA (Price Increase) Moratorium

In response to the current state of the economy (i.e. inflation) GSA released the Acquisition Letter MV-22-02 announcing temporary flexibility regarding price increases to GSA contract products and services. These new flexible guidelines will be in effect until September 30, 2022. During this time, this memorandum will implement the following changes:
