MAS Refresh 6

MAS Refresh 6

GSA is rolling out their latest refresh to MAS Solicitation 47QSMD20R0001 in May 2021. Vendors will have 90 days to accept this and incorporate it into their contract. Here is a brief overview of some of the changes this will bring about:

·       Verified Products Portal (VPP) will be rolled out. This is a manufacturer and wholesaler facing portal to standardize product content and catalog data for COTS products. Trainings will be available and posted after the Mass Mod is issued. This is optional, and does not replace SIP. It would be a complement to the information your provide in SIP

·       No drones will be sold through GSA anymore except DIU drones

·       Digital Certificate requirements have been dropped

·       Open Ratings Report requirements also have been removed

·       Further clarity on how to handle proposals who do not meet the 3 CPARS requirement will be provided

·       Incorporate updated Service Contract Labor Standards (SCLS) Wage Determinations

·       The Letter of Supply Template is getting a refresh, and will now require both the vendor and supplier to sign

For new offers that will be directly supporting the COVID relief efforts the following requirements will be waived from their proposals:

·       2 Years of Corporate Experience

·       Project Experience Write Ups demonstrating experience performing work similar to the scope of the SIN they are pursuing

·       Financial Statements
