MAS Refresh 10
GSA is issuing the latest refresh to the MAS Solicitation in March/April of 2022, via Mass Mod. GSA vendors will have 180 days to log into the Mass Mod portal to accept the modification. Below you will find an outline of changes you can expect to see from Refresh #10:
1. Clarifying language around remanufactured products only being allowable under certain SINs. Refurbished, reconditioned, and repaired items are not allowed to be sold under any SIN
2. Updated Service Contract Labor Standard (SCLS) Wage Determinations to increase the minimum wages for nonprofessional federal contractors. This includes an update to the Wage Determination (WD) numbers
3. Updates to the clause regarding contract extensions into the next option period
4. Large Category, Subcategory and SIN updates
i. Office Management will have revised SIN descriptions for 339940, 339940OS4, and 339940OVER
ii. Facilities SINs 541513 and 561210SB will be combined under 561210SB. 541613 will be deleted
iii. Contractors under the Packaged Furniture subcategory under Furniture and Furnishings will have revised requirements for establishing CTAs between contractors
iv. Administrative changes to OLM SIN description
v. Scientific Management and Solutions will have a revised SIN description for SIN 532490ESA
vi. Transportation and Logistics Services will have a revised description for SIN 336350
