GSA is slated to issue their latest revisions to the MAS Solicitation with Refresh 17 in July 2023. Alongside some more minor updates, there have been significant additions in the new guidelines issued for Joint Venture entities pursuing a GSA schedule, and in the foundation of an 8(a) pool for MAS contract holders (new and existing) in the SBA 8(a) program.
